Cancellation Policy

Translation:
In case of cancellation after translation being commissioned to us, a charge of the work already completed + 15% administration charge of the total value of the project will be levied.

Interpreting:
Booking for any interpreting sessions should be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to TRANSWORLD.

If the TRANSWORLD is not notified by the client of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of an assignment, the interpreter shall be paid compensation for the amount of time originally scheduled.
